Vincent Delaloye is currently Leading End To End Network Optimisation at Nestlé Group and coordination to maximize the impact that can be done with a virtual team of modelers. This is on top of his Group role of Internal Logistics consultant that include CAPEX validation.
He has more than 28 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management at corporate level and had a PhD in Mathematics, Operations Research and Decision Help. As Nestlé Internal Consultant, he was driving improvement projects in logistics and transport in more than 50 countries, in DC and factories and for all businesses. His Operations Research background had help a lot his journey on Network Optimization. He conduct more than 100 projects of national and zone network redesigns, Consolidation of Networks link to acquisitions, Downsizes after disinvestment. With the team of modelers the scope of the Network Optimization has been extended to strategic and tactical optimizations. It also integrate the End to End optimisation that include procurement and production.
He had important contributions in the transformation of the Group. This cover IT with one system and process in Material Handling, LEAN journey in Logistics, Automation and contribution to Group Supply Chain Strategy. One of his current challenges is to bring End to End Network Optimisation integrated in the daily activity of Managers in order to provide the agility required in this fast changing World.
