Ulrik Lolk is Head indirect Procurement of Salling Group. Salling Group is a 116 years old retailer with
more than 1500 shops in Denmark, Germany and Poland.
Ulrik has been a retailer all of his life starting as a part time store employee while taking his education.
Since then has he gone through many roles from warehouse manager, to International Security chief
until the current role as Head of Indirect Procurement for Salling Group.
Ulrik has since taking this role in 2015 worked both external and internal for getting the approval and
implementation of Source/Procure to Pay system in a large multisite organization.
Ulrik has a large knowledge of most factettes in stakeholder management, implementation, selection, and
processes of such a large project.
