Stefan Löchner is a partner in the German Value Chain Transformation team with focus on procurement transformations. Stefan supports customers in the optimization and transformation of processes and systems in the source-to-pay area. This includes, besides the analysis, design and selection of suitable purchasing systems, also the implementation and roll-out in the organization. His national and international experience in the environment of transformation projects in purchasing is based on different company sizes (start-ups, medium-sized companies, large international corporations) and sectors (automotive, chemicals, energy, financial services, healthcare, media and industrial)
