Martin has been in Novo Nordisk for +20 years working in various functions and organisational units from Marketing, sales to finance and procurement. In the past 15 years Martin has worked in procurement where he has been responsible for the global standardisation of the financial and procurement system landscape and processes. Martin is currently Vice President of Procurement Digitalisation & Excellence with the global responsibilities within digitalisation of procurement, procurement process optimisation and operation. In the past 3-4 years his team has conducted a full suite implementation of Coupa driving significant transformation and digitalisation of global procurement within Novo Nordisk with significant impact on the business.
