The focus of their agile and diverse organization is primarily on creating a high added value by bridging the gap between purchasing strategies geared to customer needs and best-in-class processes and services.
Her broad international expertise along the supply chain includes various managerial positions in the areas of production and primary material purchasing as well as in the OEM business.
Katrin was also responsible for strategic talent management in the company for a number of years.
