Having worked in diverse cultures (UK, Mumbai, Dubai, and New Jersey), I believe authenticity, collaboration, and inclusion are critical to creating an inclusive and a diverse finance team.
I’ve recently led the onboarding and transformation of 2 Beauty manufacturing entities with acquisition deals in excess of $300million. I enjoy working with cross functional teams to improve the synergies of resources, systems, and finance processes.
