Jon Hughes is a Director in the UK procurement advisory team. He has over 25 years of consulting as well as industry experience. Jon leads KPMG UK’s sustainable supply chain team and has led procurement transformation projects, supporting clients design and implemented innovative strategies and operating models for procurement to upskill the capabilities of the function. His experience includes leading our Sustainable Supply Chain engagement with a fashion retailer helping them to develop KPI’s to manage sustainability within their supply base and operationalise this within the business; led our work on scope 3 decarbonisation with a toy manufacturer; as well as leading a transformation for a Law firm helping them to design a procurement strategy embedding their approach to decarbonise their supply chain.
