Joanna Fanthorpe

Joanna Fanthorpe is the Senior Treasury Manager at Save the Children International with responsibilities for managing Liquidity, Foreign Exchange and Interest rate risks. After completing a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and MBA in London, Joanna has worked in corporate banking for 17 years in various International Cash Management roles at Bank of America, ABN Amro, and RBS.  In 2014 Joanna moved to Save the Children International. In her current role, Joanna manages liquidity and FX for the whole organisation and is responsible for funding international programs and humanitarian responses totaling $1.3bn per annum in over 60 countries, in both G10 and local currencies, whilst maximizing interest gains for the organisation.
